anyone heard anything about max shrapnel?

I've been waiting for this game to be released since '08. I thaught it was coming out some time in 2009, but it didn't. Does anyone know when it might be released, or if its still being worked on or anything? It looks like a cool game.

i am wondering same, i preordered both shrapnal and usa raceway when in the ESP softwarks days, and don't know where I stand now. of course, that was in the heady days of access games, now though, things have gone v flat.

Yeah. I don't even play most accessible games anymore. And Entombed, while it's officially released, is still so buggy it's frustrating.

Personally I think max is dead, which is a shame. It could have been awesome.
Kinda glad I never preordered.

I agree. I think Danger City, which if I'm not mistaken was being developed by the same company as Max, is also dead. I played the demo of DC about three years ago but there's been nothing new since about '05.
